Just curious if anyone has blocked off the tunnel completely to eliminate the ice build up problem, but then had issues with heat damage because the muffler is basically sealed off? Thanks for replys!

Alright, you guys convinced me to go with studs :) Which leads me into the question how many, and which ones? from your advice also, definitely will stay inside the rails. Thanks for the feedback guys, this site is an awesome resource!
