New question/issue I ordered a rear guide wheel off ebay..the one I received is the type that the bearing can be replaced pn 8cr-47550-00-2 the one in the skid has the type that the bearing cannot be replaced in..any idea what bearing I need for the new wheel? Will I need the plastic bushing...

I will leave the orings off then , I do see where cleaning the pilot jets are a pain to clean..I run a copper wire through them and spray out with carb cleaner then when I blow air through them it packs more crub in the opening, looks like I need to just keep cleaning till no more junk collects...

pulled carbs today and... had the carrbs pulled and cleaned running much better now! Not synched yet .

Tore into my 05 rx1 to find out what was going on with the exhaust and found the flanges on the header pipes to all be cracked and or burned and no sign of an exh donut anywhere,the sled is new to me this past summer so I have no idea how long it has been this way.I encountered the same grief...

Exhaust!!! Decided to tackle the exhaust noise first and found 3 of the 4 header flanges are cracked and no sign of exhaust gasket...I have no idea how long this condition has been present as I purchased the sled during the summer and sat was my 1st ride on it.

Seems like carbs need cleaning ..any tips? a friend told me to remove orings in float bowls where it slides over jets? Do they need to be synched?

RX thunder...If I leave the limiter strap loose will it not allow a LOT of lift on accel? Will that hurt turning ability on trail riding?

New to the rx1 and trying to understand carb sync..watched the slides today as I opend and closed the throttle on the sled..each one would open a different amount...would this be a sync issue..should they work in unison and all open about the same amount?
