    They pull in some but not as much as I hoped. I think my light bar is is blocking the air that could be rammed in.

    Other then what retail is, I don't think there was a lot of changes over the years after 2009 other then maybe slight shock valving. I would move forward to the 13 if it was me.

    Sounds like a stick valve or it’s not shimmed correctly and the valve is hanging open.
