When I had my Viper Turbo few years back, we tossed the gems and went to the PC5-PTI version. Worked great!!

Still trying to get mine to work properly.... if you look at some of my posts you can read about my problem. Went back to the gems last season which fixed my issue.
I reached out to Dynojet and they suggested on doing a factory reset and reload a tune and see if it will fix it. Sucks I paid almost 700 for this and it only worked correctly one time...

As an update after the "reset" which was just simply pushing firmware.... still hasn't fixed it... threw gems back on and problem solved.... On our way home I sent an email to Dynojet letting them know the firmware did not solve my issue. Guess I will be waiting to see what Dynojet has to say...
