Not only did I tighten the pivot bolt, but I lengthened the lower adjustment rod. Seems to have remedied the popping out. Thanks again-saltr.

Yes I checked and adjusted the toe out. I have not shimmed the skiis, but I may in the future.

I had to add dually carbides to lessen the darting. I also softened up both rear suspension springs. Better,but not perfect.

My wide open throttle shift rpm is 8500, with cleaned and dry lubed clutch weight bolts and rollers. Only change I did was the primary clutch spring to B-P-B. Engagement is at 2900.

I ended up installing a Blue-Pink-Blue Spring at the recommendation of my dealer which has the same pre-load but much less rate than my stock spring.Engagement went from 3300 to 3000, with a little quicker upshift, and wide open shift rpm stayed the same at 8500.
