Mine was from the harness coming from the high/low switch on the handlebars. I think it did not help how I rerouted the wires because of the OFT Relocator install. Did Yamaha change the routing of the wires because I do not see the harness routing like this on my '12 Nytro like Grizz is...

Thanks for the reply... I think I just figured my issue out. I just noticed that when I turned the handlebars is when I popped a fuse. So I think mine was pinching the wires coming from the high/low switch. I rerouted the wires and rotated the handlebars from left to right and no issues now...

Mr Sled, I know that this is a old post but I am seeing the same issue with my Nytro and was wondering if you remember what was your issue? Just looking for some ideas on where to start. Thanks, DK

They are working on the final design right now....I am having them match my Nytro and son's Sno Scoot. Shadow Graphix in Indianapolis is doing the work for me, this is there first time doing a snowmobile but they have worked on motorcycles and race cars.

Well I am just going to try by moving my wheels to the rear and maybe add another set to the inside. We will see how that will affect my hyfax wear.

I just put a set of '98 SRX skis on my Exciter that has a first generation Phazer front end. The nice thing about the '98 SRX skis is that the saddle is taller but you still would have to do some machining and welding. There is about an +1" spacer in the saddle that I milled out and them...

Yeah you would need the '03 or '04 skis that have the saddle. The '05 RX-1 skis have no saddles.

Does any know if there are screens available for the air intake to radiator on upper cowling? I was just curious if it was possible or would it restrict to much air flow to the radiator. Please see picture below to reference the location. Thanks, DK
