I blew 2 of the original shocks the updated one is way better ride not harsh any more but just not sure how long the air shock will hold up I got about 2300 kms on updated so far
I got a 2016 Apex XTX that I have the update fox float shock in for this whole season which made this sled ride great now just wonder how other that have the updated shock in a single shot are find the ride and if anyone has had the new shock fox float fail yet
I had this happen to me when I first tried starting both my apex’s when I was get them out of storage this fall both the fuel pump would run but I could tell they where not pumping fuel by the sound they where making I had to keep cycling the key on and off to just run the fuel pump the new one...
I have a 2016 apex xtx with 1.75 track with single shot now that I have the updated airshock in it I like it a lot and think it making me want to snow check an 2018 :sled1::sled1:
I had the same thing last year with my 2016 xtx I had 600 kms when I blew my rear shock I was told that something wasn't tightened right when some of these shock where assembled not sure if this is true or not
Well did 300 kms today with shock pumped to 280 psi drove on all kinds of different trail condition from pounded out to to smooth as a highway and the shock performance is much better than the stock air shock going to play around with it some more to see how it changes ride quality

The sheet said it needed a min 200 psi before it weight was put on the shock when I put pump on the shock on the bench it had 230 psi in it out of the box so I just installed it as it was close to what in need for my weight. The max pressure is 300 psi same as factory air shock. The update...
Did 200kms today with the update shock it is riding better but still can't get airpresssure over 250psi. The updated shock came with some step up instruction will air pressure setting for rider weight and how much shock sag it sould have
