The point of my original post was that the intake mod was made before I bought the sled and the pc5 hadn't been retuned for it. I already have plenty of power, I'm not interested in spending money on 1 HP. I was concerned about leaning out the motor, if the retune hadn't been done. But...

I bought this thing, the sub frame was bent, the seat torn, the skis cracked, bent spindle, oil tank torn and barely patched up, belly pan replaced with a piece of plastic ty-wrapped up... He was a hack lol. Because of this I tend to question everything I find. I only have one spacer behind...

I might still leave it, it must be close to broken in by now, it only squeels a tiny bit when it's warmed up. The belt has about 400 km on it so worst case scenario it wears the belt a tiny bit more. BTW, How many spacers do yous have behind your secondary, I only have 1 (sled is second hand)...

Found an aftermarket bearing that doesn't have the small holes all around the cage. Also has a rubber seal on the steel face. Should work alot better. It also fit the shaft better. The used one must have swelled at some point, I needed a puller and alot of persuasion to get it on and off. Also...
