Does anyone know the oil filter part # for an 08 Vector. I'm seeing if I can cross reference it with other oil filters. That way I don't have to drive 30 min. to the Yamaha dealer.

Why does a sled with reverse take less chaincase oil then a sled without reverse? Also ,I put 85-140W gear oil in my 08 Vector. Manual recommends 75W GL3 .This stuff is GL4. I assume theres little difference.

I'm looking at Vectors and Apexs around this year . Which in your opinion gets better fuel mileage in general with all types and styles of riding conditions. I make long runs ,so fuel economy is a concern.
