I picked up 2 new 2016's in September, a 141Le and an STX137, dealer told me in no uncertain terms DO NOT turbo them, if i did they would not last and Yamaha Canada would not warranty them if i did. I am very glad I did not turbo them. To the OP,You may be SOL

When I took delivery of my 16 XTX LE, I was told not to turbo it, as there could be problems, so I did not do it. Now there is no warranty coverage in Canada on turbo machines. I heard last week that the wrong kits/tunes were sent out and engines are now blowing up. Glad I didn't Turbo
