2017 Apex/ 800 2-stroke SRX?

Please tell me Mother Yamaha has an all new all Yamaha designed and built sled coming for us! Apex replacement? 800 SRX 2 stroke rumors? I plan on buying a 50th Anni. sled for 2018 model year. But only if it's an all Yamaha sled!!!

I don't think you are going to see an all new Yamaha sled. It sounds like their next sled will be a joint collaboration with Arctic Cat.

I'm looking forward to buying a 50th anniversary but only if it's not involved with Cat or two stroke. Otherwise I'll just keep riding my old reliable Yamaha built 40th.

800 2 stroke is in the works. I CAN NOT WAIT!! Its been in testing for the last 3-4 years. Whether or not it'll be a trail sled or mtn is unknown..

Imagine if the 50th anniversary Apex is virtually the same as the 40th? Only Yamaha would have the audacity to do that and call it a new sled.

I have had 2 different resources confirm. One in MT and has seen them in testing for the last couple years. One locally that has affiliations with A/C R&D......

At Viper release Yamaha promised 5 new motors and 5 new sleds in the next 5 years. By Yamaha definition we have seen lots of new "Viper" sleds. But 5 new motors. I'm sure they count the turbo as 1, now for 4 more.
