All the rivets are available, painted, from the dealer. I'm surprised and disappointed how many I've bought and replaced at least every other year on various parts of the tunnel, but if you read the manual it is part of the expected yearly maintenance.

You will love the Snotrackers. They're great, I have semi-aggressive on mine and it's great. Even after I put 96 studs in it.

I've done the top gear recently. I'll check belt deflection, but I suspect the shift fork pads. It just seems suspect that this happened 100km after I put a new belt on.

Some guys pull the actuator motor apart and clean them up. The brushes can get gooed up and don't make good contact. Might be worth a try. Also, if you have to replace it, there is one sold for automotive purposes, out of a Saturn, the motor for the window that is way cheaper. I don't know the...

I've seen on here that guys have drilled the rivets that hold the belly pans on both sides out and replaced them with removable ones. Can anyone tell me what you used? Where to get them, and have they stood up to the abuse? If it helps, I'm in Cacnada but I guess I could order online.

I've actually heard a lot of good about aftermarket starters! Most of the guys that install them say they turn the motor much faster, and they are supposed to be much more affordable.
