with a slip on exhaust, say from schmit bros, is there anything else that needs to be done? fuel regulator or clutching?

was a new belt when i put in the clutch kit last season. maybe just the 4 stroke, im use to the 2 stroke response i guess. dnt know what else it could be. maybe i will try new plugs.

yes its all stock besides what i mentioned. theres no codes. its not like its a really bad hesitation, just when u hit the gas theres a bog then it takes off. not good throttle resp0nse.

so it seems that when i hit the throttle theres a hesitation, sleds got 1800 miles 2007 base model with ulmer clutch kit. how do i get rid of this?

stock setting is a-1 on my 2007, ulmer told me to leave secondary alone. i had to add pin weight now its dead on at 11400 rpms.

blue. i dont see them listed at yamahas website, where can i find them?

will the orange plastics, hood and panels, fit the 2007 from the 2010?

yea i appreciate thehelp, the problem ended up being the medal link that broke. dealer says the billet aluminum update part is 350.00!! i guess it replaces alot of other stuff besides the bracket. couldnt afford that so just got a new metal bracket for now.

well ray, that would be the easy thing to do but my suspension was all snow and ice at the time i posted that, was just trying to get an idea what to look for. and you werent any help so i dont know why you even responded.

something in my rear suspension is broke, dont know if i blew a shock or what. its base model 2007, theres no sag in it but when ur going down the trail and hitting bumps, its like its bucking up and you can hear a clunking sound. its like a pogo stick. any ideas? ive heard about a update for...

i installed the kit in my 2007, after my rpms were over 12000 and would creep down to 11700 which is to high. so i moved my secondary to b-1 and i thought it was better but after riding today on some nice hard packed trails im still hitting my rev limiter and rpms are still to high. sled is all...

i got everything installed, where should my rpm's be at? im at 11700 when i pin it and they fall back to 11400. does that sound rite?

i have read that some people are putting there secondary in the b-2 position. is that nessecary with the clutch kit?

is that the stock gearing on the base model?

im putting a freeride and ulmer clutch kit on my 07 phazer, what gearing do you recomend? and how much top end am i going to lose? thanks
