Is the rest of the sled stock? and are you getting a code or anything?

yes its all stock besides what i mentioned. theres no codes. its not like its a really bad hesitation, just when u hit the gas theres a bog then it takes off. not good throttle resp0nse.
I would look at your belt height in the secondary. Also until a good bit of fresh gas is run through it may do this.

If it is old gas and its hesitating in the garage I would swap out the gas. if it is something you experienced last season while riding I would check the belt like cannondale said.

was a new belt when i put in the clutch kit last season. maybe just the 4 stroke, im use to the 2 stroke response i guess. dnt know what else it could be. maybe i will try new plugs.

Some crud plugging an injector maybe?
I like to run a few ounces of Seafoam in mine every once in awhile just to clean out the system.
Like $9 @ Walmart.

Even a new belt sometimes needs adjustments to get it at the right height. Does it hesitate just now after sitting for the summer or did you experience problems when you where riding it last season.
run some fresh gas with seafoam and see if it clears it out.

I'm going to guess it's just the nature of EFI. When i first bought mine i thought the same thing playing with the throttle in the garage, like blippin the throttle right off idle. If that's what you're talking about, you'll never notice it when riding.
