Bought new April 05. Have 14000kms. Love the sled. Best motor in the biz. Just wish they would put this motor in the new viper chassis. Then I just may have to buy a new sled.

Found a coolant leak on the chain case side heat exchanger in the tunnel. It is located right by the bracket that the rear axle and skid frame mount into the tunnel. my question is what is the easiest way to fix this? remove the exchanger from the tunnel or try doing it right in place. Next...

The symptom i had was backfiring. It only happened when going from high speeds,into hard braking, and then the backfiring would occur, and it also was alot louder.

Awsome sled!, I've got the same one but Blue. I've only put about 3km on it. Not as much snow in Barrie. I really want to get out and go for a good ride.
