So looks like it was the ground block issue. I just removed the yellow block and soldiered all the wires togethor. Reinstalled fuel pump relay and the sled fired right up. I also did 2 other small ground blocks just to hopefully prevent any other grounding issues. Just have to put sled back...
Ok, just did test in diag mode. The yellow light flashes in the 1 second intervals(5 times). But the fuel pump is not doing anything. The ground block does seem to be abit burnt looking or melted. I thought i recall seeing a topic on this somewhere. Is there some kind of an update that can be...
Ok, just checked to see if power was going to plug, and it is. Then tried to activate with a 12v battery, and it did activate the fuel pump. Would I have a possible ground issue?
That is actually what had happened. We were out on a ride and about 20 miles in to the ride, it just quit. I was able to get it restarted, but just quit again. Now actually in garage, the fuel pump wont even engage. Like i said before, I can hear relay clicking, but now no fuel pump at all...
I did put a 2" riser handle bar on, with new style factory updated handwarmers. Also showing code 81, which is hand warmer code. Checked all wiring along oil tank side for damage or rubbed wires, all is fine. It does show the yellow light on left side of pod. so could that just be bad fuel?
I have a phazer that quit on me, I have since brought home and changed the fuel pump relay, I can hear the relay clicking and when the sled hasn't been run for abit, it will start. But then after about 1-2 minutes it will quit.
The old relay was clicking the same as the new one, so I assume...

I put the 144 Freeride 1.5" on my 08 RTX....with a 136 Rail Ext and a 3.75" skid setback.
These are the brackets I made for the rear - about 1/4" thick alum.
So far it rides good.....lots more traction on the hardpack.....better traction in the...
Those of you who have put rail extensions on......how the heck did you get the track adjuster brackets off?? They have those pressed aluminum rivets in there.....Do you have to drill them out??
Thanks!
Hey Fellas....
What is the best rivet to use for my tunnel extension?? I've read that the Yamaha ones are good but $$.....do they work with a normal rivet gun?
Thanks!

Hey fellas.....
I'm tossing around the idea of making a Phazer Crossover.
Starting with 08 RTX - Use 136" rail Extensions - Set back the skid (?? how much) - put on a 144 Freeride 1.5"
Think this is Doable??
