I found it! It was the HOT wire going up to the headlight fuse on the right side of the sled. It rubbed up against the clip that holds the harness to the frame. It was cut in half. Thanks for all the feedback.

Both fuse boxes were checked. All good! Hopefully it is this relay.

I have checked every fuse on the sled. They are all good. I am thinking about ordering a new light relay. I will check the wire on exhaust issue. Thanks.

I have a 03 RX-1. The sled still runs great! The only problem is- The Headlights, Tail Lights, tach and gauge cluster all stopped working at the same time. My hand and thumb warmers still work. Any ideas as to what it could be? Thanks in advance. Jason

I have bender exhaust, Hauck stage 3 clutch kit, ECP filter kit-165 jets. Which plugs should I run. Should I run the NGK CR9E or the colder CR10ek plugs? Any opinions?

Thanks for the ideas. Now that racing season is over (cars), I can get back to wrenching on the sled. I will synchronize them this week and let you know if it helps. Who makes the best synchronizing tool?

I put an ECP air filter kit on my 03 RX-1 at the end of last year. I am very happy with the preformance 95% of the time. It seems like it fouls a plug out every once in a while and the performance declines. If I continue riding it for a while it seems to clear up and run like crazy again. On...

Are the fuel screws you refer too, the Pilot jet? Also, Just so I understand correctly-I should bottom the screw out and back it off 2 and a half turns? Thanks for your help, Jason

What are you guys gapping your #10 plugs at? Which one of the 10 million screws is the fuel screw(the one that is supposed to be adjusted 2 1/2 turns out)? Thanks, Jason

It just comes with a primary spring, secondary spring and helix. No weights and no gear change. I am pretty happy so far. It pulls about 3 sled lengths on a stock RX1. I really need weights though. It is rpming at 10,400 to 10,500. I think the exhaust is causing that.
