I plan to keep my 03 for at least one more season. I would like to get some lightweight A arms and perhaps some other front end parts.
I would be interested in buying someone's A arms if they are getting out of an 03 or 04 and updating to an 06 model.
Also, I can't seem to find a website for Holtz. I thought they were the strongest/best front end parts available?
Then of course there is the question as to what is the optimum ski stance for an 03 mountains doing 50% trail, 30% boondocking, 10% Hill climbing, 10% drag racing?

Thanks for any insight you may be able to provide.

Wow, this is the first time I have got a chance to see what kind of responses I got on this post and I already missed out on a Holz front end! Dang!
Maybe someone else will be parting with one later in the season. if you do please PM me. I'd hate to miss another chance.

I'm still looking for a lighter A arms set up. I may just buy the 04 Yamaha RX-1M upper A arms. They are aluminum and use them with my existing lower A arms or some chrome molly lower A arms.
I'm still struggling with the stock width vs. 41" decison also.

You BC guys could try Chirs in Westbank. He makes lots of stuff for the RX1. His number is 1-250-826-3243, leave a message. I have his a-arms on my sled, real tough. The tree thought there were as I broke it off. All I could think of I just bent my new arms. But no, the tree lost.

I got the MPI light weight A-arms (not for sale though sorry) and I like them. I did have a problem though on the McCall trip. I lost a bolt out of the lower right side at the spindle and damn near hit a tree trying to keep up with the gang (my fault for not checking them). I have had them for 1 1/2 years now with no reliability issues. I found it cheaper to buy the complete MPI kit rather than just the Yamaha A-arms (I only checked my local dealer though) after hitting a rock new years '04
