Hi guys,
Im looking for some specs on the 03 rx-1 ohlins Ya 352. I need to know the min and max preload spring lengths and how it is measured, Is it spring length or eye to top of spring. Also what is standard for number of clicks. Its a 15 click reservoir. Thanks chris

It might have been a special order for that year but they did have them. I have all the spring rate and length info but no stock settings. I thought maybe someone had the manual or sup manual with the stock specs in. Here is the link to the exact shock. http://www.ohlins.com/Our-products/Snow ... rt/YA-352/

I'm having trouble dialing in the rear suspension with the new ohlins in it. Im using BTV's post and am getting closer but i thought if i had the stock specs might help me out a tad. Thanks guys. chris
Ohlins specs 19mm of preload on the YA352. The spring has 175mm of stroke before coil bind. The shock has a stroke 158mm, all of that stroke is not used on the sled, which is why the preload is slightly more.

I have the same on my 03, but i've stretched it into a m10 warrior. I have NO preload on my front springs. Raise the front end off the ground and just tighten the locknut down to the top of spring. You should be able to move the spring by hand, but not loose. I have my clickers on the lowest setting with a 12mm swaybar and a pioneer wide front end kit. I dont know if this helps, but I tried.
