The only problem I have had was a chafed wire below the key harness. There is an update for rubber bumpers to protect the hood from scratching on the screws on the steering support column. Also an update putting a slit on the oil breather hose in the airbox.
Also an update to relocate two tunnel rivets on each side so they don't chafe through the seat. I broke the relay rods and front torque arm on mine during two different outings. The relay rods leave you stranded when they let go. Take a close look at them after each ride. They break at the welds at either end.

Take that back, I imagine you can still ride at this time of year, look at it now.
Buckeye--- Can you tell me about the chafed wire issue? I seemed to have had a problem towards the end of the season where I had to wiggle the handlebars a little to get it to start---- Thanks, Howie

Yes, the harness leading to the key switch was routed incorrectly and would rub on the channel supporting the steering column bracket. The brown & white wire would become exposed and short and blow a 10 amp fuse. No ignition and no power. I rerouted the wire over the aluminum support and no more rubbing. I'll look for the post with the pictures.

Last but not least the GARBAGE stock track. Get rid of it and get a decent track, a lot went to the Ripsaw 1.25.

Check to see if float bowl update has been done.If not the engine will cut out on steep climbs and rough terrain. Also check gearing and clutching. The mountain is set up for operation 8-10000 ft.This made a huge difference on mine because I operate at lower altitudes.
