Yes, should be able to reroute brake line.

Parking break should be fine not sure on the choke, usually 2" was always fine without any changes. Maybe someone else will chime in as its been a long time since I put one on a RX1

at +4" on my 05 rx war, i put the 05 rx1 mountain brake hose, throttle cable, parking brake and choke cable on it. the wiring needed a bit of a re route but it worked great with a decent amount of slack in the cables and hoses at full turn.

might be able to get it in there without extending but i remeber having an issue and thie mtx stuff was the easyest solution for me.
