03'rx1 jackshaft bearing update

I've read a few post on here regarding the 03' rx1 jackshaft bearing upgrade. What is the correct part numbers for the complete bearing and collar? I have 7500 miles and i feel like i should replace while the sled is torn down? Any help would be appreciated?

I think the part numbers are posted in the FAQ, however I just e-mail kevin at port parts and got the kit form him, he also included a drawing from the newer service manuals showing all it all goes together.
