I have 2 sleds, both same things, pulled carbs off them and cleaned them put them back on, even synced them,and they fire up great.. idle awesome, but when u hit throttle it hesitation to get to full rpm.. kinda surges from half throttle to full throttle.. what am I missing.. carbs are clean for sure..

did you put any rubber parts into contact with carb cleaner?

This one time I cleaned the carbs and thought they were clean......till I did them again. My buddy swears he did his right also swears by it. On further inspection they were clean but upon putting his jets in he mixed them up. A small piece of debris in them jets will play havoc. What throwing me is you say it's hitting full RPM?

Did you fishline out your jets? Also, check your vacuum lines for cracks, and last, check the covers on the unused vacuum ports on the carbs. If those crack you end up with a vacuum leak.

Both started running poorly at the same time? I would drain fuel and replace with fresh.
