i need to no why a 04 jack shaft is shorter then a o5 and if i can use a 05 shaft and break set up like hub ans roter and calper and will that line up in a 04 rx1 worrior thanks

They are different part numbers. But, how do you know one is longer?
If you use the longer shaft, then you may be able to compensate for the extra length by moving the PTO side jack-shaft bearing and shimming the Secondary to give the the 15MM offset on the Secondary.
If it turned out that the extra length is on the Chain Case end, then you may have to shim the Rotor. However, to get that rotor centered in the caliper, you may have to cut the hub.
Bottom line, I would not waste my time, unless I had the shaft in my hands and could make the measurements on it to determine exactly what I was in for.
But, maybe this will stir up enough interest to find someone who has already do this swap.
