05 RS Venture Engine/Crank Case Oil Changee

Not finding a whole lot out there specifically for an 05 RS Venture oil change. Searched on here, youtube, google, etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction of a video or detailed instructions? The manual is no help and the shops around me either want way too much or are 2mo out. New 4 stroke owner. Appreciate it!

Very similar to a Nytro Change.
