06 apex bars on 03 rx1

Is it possible to put a pair of handlebars from an 06 apex on my 03 rx1?

You will need a riser and depending on what riser you will need a longer throttle cable. I want to go higher and I will need a longer brake hose. The install was easy wire the hand grips the same as the 03 and isolate the hooks and foam the bars and you will get good heat. Not 03 heat but decent
