What is price differnce? 09 was pretty sweet sled & most improvements complete by 09 then new Apex in 2011. 06 was 1st year Apex & still good sled but 09 much better & worth more & you don't have to worry about updates. I would buy 09 if price is right.

Yes there are more updates than the radiator and W arm. The 06 did have a problem with the chaincase cover... I experienced that first hand. The wheels on the 06 was the year of the supposed bad batch and they chunked and fell apart (mainly inside ones), The exhaust on the 06 does not have the added support in the tunnel to try and prevent donut problems, No power outlet for cell phone or GPS.
That's about all that I can think of. I would go with the 09 if the cash difference isn't to much. All of these things were very minor. The 07 chain case cover fixed the chain case issue, you need new parts unlimited 5mm larger wheels with replaceable bearings anyway (either sled), you can wire in power for accessories, so you can fix all these small issues if you want to.
