06 Attak vs 08 Apex LTX GT

We just picked my wife up a new sled, an 06 Attack with about 8k on the odometer. New hyfax, studded track, scratchers, Trail Tech water temp sensor, Seat Jack, new belt, hood/winsdshield/saddlebags, and cover for $2500. Exhaust has already been redone with copper donuts.

My question is, what's the difference between this and my 08 Apex GT LTX 40th? Obviously the the shocks are different on the Attak (Fox Float 2's just rebuilt) vs the Ohlins shocks and electronic adjustment. But are there any major differences beyond that?

Fox float 2’s did not come stock on the 06 attak

Yes, the 08 Apex has coil over and the electronically adjustable Ohlins, the 06 Attak has Fox Floats.

Sorry my mistake I meant the 06 Attak did not come with float shocks, somebody must of changed them over to the float

Handwarmers will be the biggest difference between the two. The 06's did not have heated hooks and usually require a wiring mod to make them heat well.
The 08 has a beefed up W arm over the 06.
