According to the Yamaha accessory catalog the ones that I just put on my Apex should work fine on your '06 Nytro. I bought them from Kevin at Port Yamaha for less than $20 each which is less than half the cost of the original stock idler wheels.
They look better than stock and they have a replaceable bearing unlike the more expensive stock wheels. I replaced all 6 of my stock idler wheels with these. Here is a link to these wheels in the Yamaha accessory catalog

I also replaced the two outer rear wheels with the black spoked aftermarket ones to match the six smaller black spoked idler wheels that I installed.

I went with a Kempex 04-116-96S wheel and paid $20 CAD. They're heavier than stock and have the replaceable bearing. They measure a little over 130mm so they should reduce slide wear.
I never tried the ones that Blue Dave suggested but the price is right and the replaceable bearing is a definite plus

According to Kevin at Port Yamaha they have held up very well. Give him a call and he will set you up with a great price. Great service, I had mine the very next day!
