07 apex shifting ?????????

I have a stock 07 Apex Mtn., my cam angle is 45 deg., with black spring. i have it at the lowest setting at 10 deg. twist, 0 on back and 1 on the front - i think that means 10 deg.(?)

Lower spring pressure or higher spring pressure will help me in mtn climbing, in general???????????????????????????????

Your rpm s are the most important thing first. Are you pulling 10500 or around there? The stock setting is hole 1 inside and 6 on the helix somebody can correct me if Im wrong. But like I said you need to be pulling your rpms and then try small changes from there.
