07 Phazer wire harness swap

Okay I have a base 07 phazer I wanted to install a fan and came across a cheap 08 phazer rtx harness. Will this have the fan wire and what else will I need if anything for the harness to work

Not sure if this is going to help but check out the wiring diagrams for the 08 and see what is needed for the fan circuit to work. All 08's had fans installed. Looking at the wiring diagram it should be fairly clear what's needed.
