'07 RTX hyfax help...

Changed my hyfax tonight, and as i was putting the new ones on, i realized they are one inch shorter then the original ones. Has anyone else run into this? i'm riding on saturday, and don't really want to chew up the back of the rails. (i don't think it will hit, but you never know lately...)

Part numbers matched and they slid right on, they are just short. anyone???

I ran into the opposite last winter for my 07 apex.
The sliders were about 6" longer. I had to cut them down.

I had that happen to me as well sliders were short, I took the sliders back out and dealer exchanged them for another set.

anyone think it's going to hurt anything? the rear wheels keep the track from hitting, but you never know. 1"..........

you got 06 not 07 , happen to me aswell . make sure you tell them about 10 times and check them with the 06 rtx with the 07 rtx before you leave the store

The 06 and 07 are different skids. i thought they were different hyfax all together? and they are yellow, to match the 07

You should be O.K. with only an inch of rail showing.

The slides I got for my nytro last year were about 1/2 to 3/4 too short and I used them anyway with no issues.
