08 boosted nytro needing clutch help

My son picked this up. We have gems working sled seems to go pretty good. Dilemma is when you get on it, it’s hitting rev limiter with ease at only 5-6lbs boost. Banging 9400rpm. The primary has dalton flyweights weighing 66grams with white silver white spring. Secondary has black spring at 6-1. Anyone have an idea how much heavier we should be in primary? Also 14.5mm rollers.

Can’t imagine with boost at 9-10lbs
