08 Nytro bar replacement

I rolled my 08 Nytro over on it's side last weekend and tweaked the handlebars. In the past, I have had to damage the heated grips to remove them from the bars to remove. The new Nytro uses a seperate warmer attached to the bars under the grips. How do I remove these warmers without damaging them?

heat gun, be careful, and go slow...
And then buy a new warmer pad about 35% of the time anyway!!
