I noticed the bars are off by about 1% or so. When you point the skis straight the bars are off to the right a bit. The sub frame is not bent, no chips on paint, shocks still in the center of the a-arms. How do you adjust it so the bars are straight with the skis?

Does that make sense?

Adjust your tierods. You'll have to shorten one and lengthen the other. One method is to align your skis off of your track say using some straight edge or straight 2x4's ( I use a chalk line). Lay or snap them along the side/edge of the track projecting out to at least midway and beyond of ski. Straighten or "centre"your handlebars by measuring bar tips to running boards. Now ratchet strap and or bungee the bars straight/centered at equal heights from boards. Now adjust your tierods until skis measure equally or square to boards/chalkline from at least 2 carbide studs on each ski. Adjust for proper toe out. This way you'll be a straight and true as your track.
Try it, we use to use this method to check symmetry on aircraft only off the nose wheel(s) vs. handle bars.

You should just be able to adjust the 1 ball joint on the steering plate at the bottom of your steering column/post.

That should work!!

I would FIRST check toeout before adjust the bars,
you might have knocked out the toe and this could straighten the bars!
If toe is good then adjust at the bottom of the post. IMO

Good info guys. I knew I could count on you. I will check the toeout and if that is good, I will adjust the bottom post. Like I said, it is just a tiny bit out but it drives my son crazy and I can see why. It would bug me too.

I had the same problem, my bars were to the left. It was toed in just a blonde one. Adjusted one tie rod for slightly toe out (8mm) and that staightened it all out. Buddy at the factory must had a slight hangover that day! The thread count on the rods were out originally also.

Or the guy at the dealer that sat it up may of had a hangover
Or you mean the 15 year old kid they hire. He's also the one that clamped my handlebars down and must have been taught that you tighten the front bolts all the way down and leave the rear ones sticking up so your bar clamps are open an inch. That would be the same dealer that brought my sled in for it's 500km first check and give a bill for checking and adjusting my track when they never even looked at. I was sitting 20 feet away all the time and you can definately tell when my sleds running. So how do you check and adjust a track without running it? In fact I left a couple of the camlocks flipped the opposite way on the covers and they where in the identical spot when I paid my bill. So how did they check my fluids?

Unfortunately that's where I bought it and he's the only game in town. And being a retired aircraft tech I'm rather particular about tolerances, etc. I would do all the work myself if possible, but what's the purpose of a warranty???. I hear about the other guys on the forum saying how they took their sled for the 1st check up and how the dealer threw on some new hyfax for them, a wheel kit and so on, free even. I had to do that myself a couple of days after the check because they never even looked at the sliders. I'm not impressed with them. It's one of those cases where he's fat & happy and really doesn't give a $hit, because what am I gonna do about it?
