If i where to change my motor mounts out to solid blocks, What would happen? I know i would get more vibration but will it work or will i break something?
Its on a 08 nytro with 270mcx turbo kit.

I would think it'd send a tremendous amount of vibration into the chassis.
Is there a specific reason you want to change them?

I'm no engineer so I couldn't tell ya if there'd be any negatives from solid mounts on a Nytro. One thing that would concern me is possible stress transferred to the engine block if the chassis wasn't completely straight.
In the truck community, when guys start using solid billet t-case mounts, the torque will start breaking welds and frame mounts. There has to be some dampening effect somewhere.
The Nytro subframe is pretty heavily welded so I don't you'd crack anything, but who knows. Some one has to be the first to try it lol.
