Could this just be random or an issue? Rode a short bit today and just died, no other issues.
Was thinking ground somewhere but found blown fuse instead.
Was throwing code 43.

Follow the harness up over the tank and pull it back. I have had a rub thru there that caused all kinds of fuse issues.

There may be a few blocks taped into the harness but I would check as I noted.

It would be best to see the harness with it off.

Is the relay a red one or black one on the fuel pump?

There has to be a short in the line that feeds the fuel pump.. the only way to be sure is pull back all the harness and start looking for rub thrus.. electrical issues are the worst. Take a good look at the grounding blocks tapped into the harness for corrosion too.
