09 vector tps

Cleaning the carbs and want to check to make sure the tps is adjusted correctly before I put the carbs back on , does anybody know the correct procedure how to check this.

Since you're a VIP, you can PM a moderator like @maim and request a service manual as the process is documented there. Not sure if the same but here's the process for an Apex:
