I refuse to pay yamahas price for rivets, I know you guys are not using them, what size is the best fit for front exchanger & misc components, i believe they are steel, thanx all.
 

Yes, BETHEVIPER sells them, and at a very reasonable price too.
 
I used those rivets when I replaced one side of the tunnel. The dome head is not exactly the same as the rivets on my 03, but close enough that nobody would notice. I bought a long handled manual riveter, as noted, they are tough to pull with a small pop-rivet tool.
 
Harbor feight tools sells a air rivet gun cheap, and it will do these large headed rivs. It works really easy. They are about 35 bucks. Worth the money if you do much riviting. One pull of the trigger, done
