So my TD Turbo force Muffler is getting pretty loud. Seems maybe the baffles are burned-out? Very happy with powertrail and this muffler but getting hard on the ears, and going to possibly get hard on my wallet(fine) . So I have just a tune (powertrail) , and I'm wondering If I can run a different muffler(like another TD quiet) with my tune? Or just run another Turboforce 2.5".. I guess its NOT possible to fix baffles? Thanks for any suggestion or advise.

Now having three TD mufflers between my dad and me I know each TD tune is muffler sensitive, so your muffler needs to be paired with your specific tune. E.g. the tune profile for Max Spool 17 is slightly different based on whether you’re running a 3” loud pipe or a 3” quiet pipe. TD has three 3” pipes now fyi. Two quiet models and a loud one.

That's what I figured and thinking I should stick with what I had. Damn loud compared to first 5K..Now having three TD mufflers between my dad and me I know each TD tune is muffler sensitive, so your muffler needs to be paired with your specific tune. Surprised you just don't upgrade to the max16 for SM tune. 270hp and stock quiet muffler...

I just don't think I can change what's worked for 10k. Clutched and not blown a belt since under 500 miles. Thanks for ideasSurprised you just don't upgrade to the max16 for SM tune. 270hp and stock quiet muffler...
