I have an 2011 SE.
I am running 1.325's Woody's Megabytes. No Issues so far. 1200 km on it.
Track must be run to spec. Loose you will have an issue.
Yamaha has a service bulletin out recommending 20 mm spacers on the tunnel protector supports.
There is a thread here on things you can do to protect yourself .

I have 1.450 grandmaster no issues the only problem they have is they need the factory tunnel protection braced properly, I put a piece of 1" aluminum square stock in right by the factory bracket and riveted it there and it takes care of the problem.
