WOW, and WOW. Why didn't I buy this sled in '03? This sled just plain out jams. I put some woody dually's on her, and the darting was over. This sled absolutely just kicked the hell out of everyone n my group. Once I got used to the the engine breake, It was all over with. No problems with nothing. No wheels burning up, even thouth I am running 192 1.375's, and the trails where really rough. The basic mogoles felt like taps on he handle bars, and it didn't bump me like a bull in a rodeo. And yes, I do know what a bull feels like. HA HA. It was really funny watching everyone else in my group fill up with oil and gas while I sat around and waited. I have much more to say,but not enough time to say and don't feel like tying it. ha ha. All in all, my vacation with my new toy was freeking great. Yeah, it was great. Some of the trails were shot, but all in all, it was a great trip. I was suppose to be up north for three weeks, but the trails are shoy, everywhere. This sled is tuely a peice of work.

I plan on going back up in Feb. for a few days. Maybe sooner, I am really impreased with this sled.

Glad you like it. I think of all the new sleds out this year, I saw more Apexs than any other sled.
I was in Minocqua from Dec 23rd to Jan 2nd and managed to only ride 140 miles. The weather didnt cooperate. It was 35-40 degrees and rain for the most the time.

Those were exactly the days I was up in Winchester. Just up the road from ya. The trails going to Land O Lakes were great most of the time. I also ran to Boulder. The trails in the UP by White pine were really dangerous and not advised for the beginner. I had a heck of a time with one of the riders in my group, he has only gone sledding twice. He made it okay, though. I only saw one GT and a couple RTX's.

Yeah, Minocqua area was really bad. Sorry you couldn't get much ride time in. Next time you will.

1CrazySledder glad you are enjoying your sled. Haven't even been out yet :o| . You waited for the right Yamaha. Even though I really like my 03RX-1 the new Apex's are amazing!!!! :Rockon:
 
We are going Thursday like at 5:00 pm come home Sunday. Let me know i think we have room in the 32 foot Trailer! :Rockon:
