121-144 w/o hyfax extension?

Anyone try this and is it OK? Found a deal on some used rail extensions but yeah they do not extend the hyfax. I do not ride trails if that matters.

Its not optimal but it will work just fine.

Thanks for the info but decided against it. The extensions I found used looked kinda beat up. Hunt continues...
