Also, I think a Nytro "must do" mod is adding a sleeve to one of the skid shocks. I believe Yamaha fixed this on later model Nytros and made the shock buddy thicker.

Only ones I see bulged have water in them. Neglect.

Probably. But most snowmobilers ignore suspension maintenance and seasonal shock services.
