I have searched everywhere and cannot find an answer but maybe someone could help. I've researched the benefit of the star suspensions 128 relocate kit and am interested if this can be combined with a 136 extension to have a track length of 144? i'm aware that all this adds up to 143 but maybe that could be taken up with track adjustment? i think that this combination of better approach angle and minimal rail extension to the 121 skid could give pretty decent handling on trail and would be enough for the off trail riding that i do. let me know what you think, if its possible or if someone has done this already.

im thinking of doing the same thing, havent heard of anyone whos done it or tried it, i think itd be pretty sweet...

It does work. I did talk with him and he did confirm that it was done. If you look on his site. The blue Nytro was extented. If I didn't install a new track last year, I would of done it.

I thought about going that way but decided on this instead. Waiting on rivets to complete.

I used my 128" rail extensions along with the Star relocate to get to a 136". Works awesome, I had to make some minor suspension adjustments, handles great. No reason why it wouldn't work for a 144". I'd say go for it. ;)!

What "minor suspension adjustments did you need to make when you went to 136"? I have the Star suspension done and ran it all last year-- all 3 trips. It handled great but have wondered about going longer.

I just had to lengthen the front limiter strap, remove the coupler blocks and put a little more preload on the front shock spring to take more weight off the skis after setting the skid back and extensions.
