I found it easiest to put the skid in with the sled tipped on its right side. Its a bitch with the #*$&@ end up.

Oh yes! They won't flatspot or stay frozen as easily. Same for all the others idlers.

And you think I could get 1 season on the stock wheels with the 136"? Just curious

For idlers, I just use Excell 135mm wheels. Makes the slides last longer. For the uppers, it's in the thread linked above.

When I did mine I also put a 4th wheel in the rear of the skid.
