136 on 137 ltx

I have an almost new pre-studded 136 track on my Apex. Recently bought a left over LTX Viper. Think I could swap tracks?

I am running a 136 track on my 137 viper. I changed drivers. Its a tight fit and you cannot run bigger wheels than stock in the rear, they will rub. on coupler shaft.
