I'm looking to extend my sled. Thing is I'm not sure what would be better. I might be looking into boosting it this year. Would the 136 hook up enough or should I just put the 144 on. I would go with the Hartman kit because I don't want a tip up. I mostly trail ride and drag when I can.

Thanks!

If you're using it for trails, why don't you just add pics to your track? Otherwise you're just going to hate yourself in the corners.

Well I am studded now with 144 studs. I was maybe looking for a smoother ride. And the reason I don't want a tip-up is because that part of the track is not gonna hook up on hard surfaces. Doesn't it tip-up at the 121 point?

Yes it does ....If you are looking for smoother ride then the 136 would work great for you...any longer with out tipped up rails it will push though corners not too bad but it will. The 136 will hook up good for you and you will like it better on the trails and drag racing

I have a 144" and it turns better then my 121" Polaris did, also a friend of mine just extended his 121" Nytro and wished he had done it a long time ago. Hooks up way better with the 144", he also has a 2" lug with the tip up rails. He had a 2" on his 121" to and he said it's way better now.

Yes it does tip up @ the 121" mark but it still provides additional traction even on hard pack, i went with the OFT kit and i could not be happier as it hooks so hard that its easy to cat walk the thing out of the hole.

If you are going for all out straight line acceleration then i would change the suspension out for a drag set up, but for me and ridding trails as well as boondocking and occasional mountain trips the tip ups work great
