144" track to 150" track

I'm looking at installing a 150" track in my nytro xtx. I have access to 3" pitch drivers but want to know what I would have to do to my suspension/ wheels to accommodate the extra length. Is this possible to run offset axle and larger 9-10" rear wheels? Anyone that can help with insight I would appreciate it. Thanks!
