'15 M-TX w/ mpi turbo

So I just picked up a mountain sled (3.7 km) and got the dealer to install the stage 1 mpi turbo. I'm not sure what it's issue is but it will take forever to start when it's cold -20/heated garage no difference. I tried tightening the battery and solonoid connections. Which seemed to work at start but don't work anymore.

I had a 14 x-tx so it's not like I'm unfamiliar with the vipers.
